Q: Why would I ever need to own a fake vaccine card?
A: If there ever is a Covid Vaccine mandate as there are for certain jobs (Including the military starting in September), people shouldn't be subjected to economic warfare for not wanting an experimental drug. If you don't want to risk it, then this can hopefully let you survive if/when there is a mandate with checkpoints.

Q: Where/How was this compiled?
A: This card is not a template. It is a real document that was obtained
through public channels from hospitals in the US who decided it was a good idea to post the card online, so that people could print their own in case they lost their original. This home-printing of this card is literally endorsed by hospitals, and provided by a hospital at {LINK REMOVED}This Link. It was also hosted by the army {LINK REMOVED}here

Q: What can I use this for exactly?
A: This paperwork will not stand up to digital scrutiny, but this will certainly increase your chances of
getting through a police/military checkpoint. Also, this method will allow you to easily get a genuine vaccine card when a more secure (or digital) vaccine card comes out; you can use your COVID vaccine form to get real, genuine documents later…especially since most vaccination sites aren't documenting who gets the vaccine (at least not yet), so the only way you can prove that you got the vaccine is with this card. If and when a digital "passport" system becomes available, we will be
reverse engineering that as well and you will easily be able to find it in the same way that you found this document. This version is meant to be a stopgap emergency solution for people who may be forced to have this documentation simply to survive.

Q: Is this illegal?
A: Yes. It's a serious crime to forge documents. However this crime only applies if you are caught. I will be showing you the document that the feds have to investigate fakes so you know how to avoid this.

Formatting and Specifications

Paper: Any heavy cardstock will work, but if you want to play this close to the chest, use 100lb. 3x4 inches, although don't worry about it being perfectly exact as hospitals tend to have some variation. If you have to cut the card paper, DO NOT USE SCISSORS. Use straight edge paper cutters instead to make it nice and straight. A warped and unevenly cut card is a sure way to be caught.

Printer: Some home printers cannot print on heavy cardstock. Shop around for one that can, or check with family or even your work. You'll have to print multiple times before getting it right. Mess with the settings to figure out the sweet spot of authenticity.

VACCINE BRAND CODES:

Pfizer/BioNTech: These lot codes are always a six-digit, alphanumeric number. Codes begin with two letters followed by four numbers. Most lot numbers begin with the letter "E".
Example: "EH9899" "EL0140"

Moderna: Lot codes are usually 6 digit alphanumeric, beginning with "0" and ending with "A". The fourth digit is also always a letter.
Example: "025C21A"

AstraZeneca: Initial test vials are labeled with a six-digit alphanumerical lot code, starting with "A".
Example: "A03382"

Медгамал: Initial test vials indicate lot codes are six numerical digits long, starting with either "050" or "060"
Example: "050422"

Sinovac: Unknown at this time. All samples we have analyzed have not had lot codes. However, each vaccine is issued in a prefilled syringe, which comes in a small cardboard box. Each box has its own independent numeric barcode, which is 20 digits long. All barcodes we have seen begin with the digits "81900 48000 799"

How to Make it

1: First, take your card stock. As specified before, it should be 3x4 inches and used on heavy card stock (100 for example). Cut it if need be, although whatever you do, do not use scissors. Use straight paper cutters.

2: Now try to print the template of the card. If the provided screenshots aren't sufficient, check the links provided at the FAQ. Fiddle with the print settings and adjustments until it looks perfectly authentic (third picture). May take quite a few tries. Remember that it may leave a few yellow dots to prevent counterfeiters. Check online for more information on this.

3: Now that it's been printed and sized correctly, you can move on to filling it out. Use black ballpoint pen and handwrite your information. Try to make it like a doctor, illegible but fancy, if need be. On the lot number, make sure you put in the brand on the first line, and below it put a lot number (for lot numbers see the previous section).

4: For the dates, MAKE SURE THEY ARE CONSISTENT. For instance, some states only offered the vaccine to certain age groups, so it would not make sense for you to have a vaccine date that is not for your age group. Also, some versions of the vaccine have a 14-15 day period between the first and second doses, but remember that in the rush of people actually getting the vax, many people were not able to keep their appointments, or decided to not go back for the second dose at all. So choose a date for your second dose that makes sense. Also, use a different writing utensil for the second dose; it wouldn't make sense to see the same pen (or hand) write everything all at once.

5: Now for the back. It's just the date. This is pretty hard to screw up. Just make sure that the dates for the follow up doses are correct and match the front. Or in the case of your state running out of vaccines (and therefore creating a delay before you could get your second shot), make sure to
adjust the dates accordingly. Remember the back side is the "reminder", and therefore would be 14 days from your first dose (or whatever time barrier was recommended for your particular manufacturer). The front side can have a date AFTER this, but not before.

5: Age the document. This may sound silly, but to be more authentic, try to crumple some of the edges and make it look less shiny and new. Especially if this was many months ago. Real documents would be worn with wear and tear. Pulling out some pristine new card will look very fishy.

6: When finished, it should look like this.

How to avoid being caught

Do not treat this document like a new identity and memorize it. A real vaccine recipient would not be able to remember the exact day they received the vax, nor would they have committed the lot code to memory, so there is the danger of knowing too much about your own "papers". Above all, confidence is key. Do not be overly eager to show your paperwork, right now in the vast majority of cases, people are simply asking if you are vaccinated. If no one asks, don't offer it. Do not be that anxious high school kid eager to show off their shiny new fake ID. This documentation is not some cheap novelty meant to sneak you into a bar. Also it would be wise at this point in time to consider other indicators and OPSEC considerations you might not have thought of. For instance, at this point in time, vaccination is very much a political indicator. As such, it would not be advisable to show indicators that you are politically conservative, considering the resistance that many conservatives have towards the vaccine. Also, by now, many vaccine recipients feel the need to virtue-signal; it is very common to see someone wearing a mask, yet being vaccinated. Some grocery stores and other retail facilities require either a mask, or a vaccine, but not both. This could be a trap…someone who REALLY got the vaccine would still be wearing their mask anyway. So in this case anyone who goes without a mask, is prone to more scrutiny. Of course, this is not the case in many locations, but it is certainly something to be aware of. Additionally, attitudes towards the vaccine are very wide ranging, based on everything from social cues to geography. As such, one must be aware of the attitudes towards vaccine paperwork. In some areas, the company/government agency checking "papers" knows full well that a vaccine card is fake, they simply "go with the flow" for simplicities sake, or because they have to. In some areas (like certain airlines), this paperwork is merely a formality, with a person not even really looking at it. In other areas, these "papers" are scrutinized more than a passport. It is up to you to determine the risk level and act accordingly.
